I think I did jinx myself.
We were going to break ground on the house as early as this coming weekend, but after seeing the weather forecast for the next week, that's looking less and less likely. We might be able to start the demo, but we definitely can't pour concrete in this weather. So, our start date might be more like Feb 1st after all.
Ah well. Patience is a virtue, right? RIGHT?!?!
