We are officially on our builder's schedule - breaking ground on February 1st!!!! (I know, I know, it's not January - but it's just one day past so that doesn't really count...)
We are so excited. The building permits should be ready in the next week or two, and we are submitting our construction loan application today. The loan officer said she can close the loan within 30 days barring any complications, so we should be in really good shape. Thank God.
Holy cow, this is actually going to happen!!!
